7-Day Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 7 days after delivery.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, charger, labels and proof of purchase.

Before returning an item, contact us at haohanindustry888@gmail.com or WhatsApp +60 11-6874 5678. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Approved returns must be sent to: 170, Jalan Setia 4/6, Taman Setia Indah, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and ensuring the item is safely packed. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photos or video; after verification, we will cover reasonable return shipping or arrange an appropriate remedy.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, modified, damaged after delivery, or are missing original parts or packaging cannot be returned. Gift cards and customized items are also non-returnable.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable Malaysian consumer law.
